A podcast is a web feed of audio files placed on the internet for anyone to download or subscribe.
Like most podcasts, you can listen to each 'episode' by clicking individual links on our site. If you use Mozilla Firefox, Apple's Safari, or other browser that supports RSS (short for 'Really Simple Syndication'), your browser should automatically detect the feeds attached to our podcast pages, and you can use these to syndicate the podcasts into your browser.
